Fashion WeekWednesday, February 17th, 2010I am taking a break from showing design options for dresses this week, in honor of Fashion Week. I couldn’t pass up the chance to celebrate our fashion line as the world celebrates Fashion Week in New York. This blog post is dedicated to all our 6-13 year old Shailie Fashion Designers out there — keep designing! So many designs, so little time…Tuesday, February 9th, 2010
For the next 4 weeks I will be showing some ideas for how Shailie works. Each week I’ll focus on one product, and will show pics demonstrating just a few of the options you can create from your Shailie dress kits. We had a blast doing these photo shoots, I have to say, we were quite proud of ourselves for each dress design we created. I’ve watched neighbors girls design for hours (literally) and it just makes me SO happy to see them enjoying such a fun toy! This week – straight from the runway – are our fabulous Shailie Starter dress options, (shown above) enjoy! Obviously you can create anything, these are just some fun ideas, to get you going! Happy Designing Caring for Shailie ProductsTuesday, February 2nd, 2010Now that you have bought your amazing Shailie dress form and dress kits, here are some simple tips for keeping everything runway ready.
We have chosen the highest quality fabrics for your Shailie dresses, and they are designed to last if they are cared for properly. Shailie is recommended for girls 6+. Below is an example of a Shailie Closet (a closet is included with the Shailie Starter kit), and how it works. You can fit several dresses on a closet, simply press to attach pieces to the closet and – voila!
